Removing all weeds by their roots without the use of chemicals which will be properly hauled away from the property.
Pruning and trimming everything that is overgrown, removing all dead branches and dead plant material from trees/shrubs will be pruned.

Weekly Mowing & Edging
Mowing for 8 months April-November: weekly mowing, edging, and clearing all debris away from walkways and hardscaping surfaces using hand-sharpened blades to cut grass properly and prevent dull blades from damaging the lawn by pulling on the grass.
Biweekly Weeding
We remove all weeds by their roots without the use of any chemicals and haul the resulting debris away from the property.
Monthly Hedging/Trimming
Hand pruning and hedging all bushes with sharpened edges providing a professional cut without damaging the plants from using unsharpened tools. All dead branches of shrubs will be pruned and all dead plant material will be cut out.
Fertilization & Weed Prevention
Fertilization and weed preventative application throughout the year for the grass.
Aerate/Overseeding
Premium Aerate/Overseeding in the fall: professionally dethatching, aerating, overseeding and fertilizing the entire lawn, then laying down compost to help continued growth and prevent grass seeds from being eaten by birds.
Gutter Cleaning
Clogged gutters can result in water seeping under the roof & eventually into your homes foundation. We professionally clean your gutters and downspouts to ensure your home stays in tip top shape.
Fall Cleanup
In order to maintain the natural beauty of your yard and home, our team will be coming multiple times for leaf cleanup in the fall season.
We meticulously gather up all fallen leaves and other resulting yard debris to be carried to the curb for collection.
This service can be provided as part of our yearly maintenance plans or purchased individually.

I never write reviews but felt compelled to write one this time. I hired Sam and his guys at Blue Collar Scholars 2 years ago and again this year to do a winter clean up which required serious cutting of branches from many of my trees, in addition to heavy pruning of all my plants. It’s now spring once again and all the work they did looks amazing since the trees were cut back so drastically like I requested and are growing back in nicely. I told him to “cut them SO FAR back, make then look miniaturized” and he did. I asked this of 3 other companies over the years and no one took the time to trim them to the extent that his crew did. I get compliments all the time on my yard now and recommended them to my neighbors on each side of me. They took away all the scraps, down to the last leaf and worked super fast so everything was perfect when I got home each time it was done.
